Playhouse Disney Live

Below are photos from our trip to Playhouse Disney Live on Saturday. Jon Daniel LOVED the show and was quite upset that he couldn't go to Manny! We were so thankful to have some wonderful friends join us, thanks Sanfords!!

As a matter of fact...

I do allow my child to run around with only a shirt and diaper!

I even let him do it outside!

And sometimes (well, most of the time) it is okay with me if he does it in the middle of the street!!

Enjoying spring!!

Drew and I decided to take advantage of the nice spring weather last Sunday and look around by the river. The playground was quite crowded, but there was a barge passing by so we watched it. We are enjoying the nice spring weather so much. Jon Daniel has been playing outside all day at Amanda's and comes home to play outside more and when there is no more sunshine pitches a fit because we have to go in! It has also been nice to get some current photos of how much our little guy has grown - after all, he is now 18 months old!! Don't worry, Granny and PawPaw - some of these will be on their way to you soon!!

Visiting Horses

Last week our sweet neighbor who we LOVE, was horse-sitting for some friends of hers and asked if Jon Daniel would like to come help her feed them one night. Drew and I were quick to take her up on her offer. Jon Daniel wasn't quite sure what to think of the horses, he seemed to be more impressed with the barn cat!

At home sick...

... and a little bored!! I am at home today with a nasty sinus infection and got a little bored so I started playing with the photos from the photo session I had with Jon Daniel at Bluff Hall. I did a little flipping, cropping, and playing with the colors some. I am just posting a few, I like to take lots of pictures and then see what comes out in the end - I must say some of these will be enlarged and framed!! Enjoy and let me know what you think!

Photo Sessions

I have been wanting to take Jon Daniel down to Bluff Hall and take pictures (thanks Sarah - all your BH pictures inspired me ;)) for quite a while now. Well, Friday everything finally worked out on the same day at the same time and we got to go!! For those of you that have known me any amount of time know that I LOVE to take pictures but aren't the best at it, but these pictures turned out halfway descent (if I may say so)! Sorry for the sideways pictures, I am a little slow and not able to figure out how to flip them (any and all help would be appreciated!).

We went to Emma's 1st Birthday party! She had a Mickey Mouse party and Jon Daniel loved it! He had cake and his first taste of real ice cream!!

Jon Daniel learned how to put himself in time out!!

It SNOWED!! Jon Daniel enjoyed the snow and kept telling me "it now Mama"!!
